Include the app version, your phone model, operating-system version, what you tried and what happened. Remove private information from screenshots. Never send passwords, sign-in codes or authentication links.

Unsafe content or misuse
Contact support with a brief description and the relevant shared-card link if available. Avoid forwarding private photos or unnecessary personal information.
