These terms govern Help Me Pick, published under the developer name StyleNest Studio. They apply when you accept them while creating an account or otherwise explicitly agree to use the service under these terms. Our privacy policy explains how information is handled.

Using Help Me Pick

Help Me Pick provides AI outfit feedback, styling conversations, optional saved advice and optional shared-card voting. Feature access, free allowances and availability can change. You must be at least 13 and meet the minimum age and permission requirements that apply where you live. If you cannot legally agree to these terms yourself, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.

Your account and content

Keep sign-in links and codes private. Use an email address you control. Submit only content you have the right and permission to use, including consent from anyone pictured where required. You retain rights to your content and permit us and our service providers to process it as needed for the features you request, such as analysis, saving and sharing.

Do not submit unlawful, exploitative or abusive content; harass others; impersonate people; infringe rights; disrupt the service; bypass usage limits; or manipulate voting and reward systems. Report unsafe content or misuse to support@helpmepick.app.

AI advice is a suggestion

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. Outfit scores, pairing ideas and friend votes are subjective opinions. They do not guarantee appearance, garment fit, event suitability, availability or a purchase outcome. Visual pairing concepts are not virtual try-on or edited photos of you. You make the final decision.

Sharing and other users

Sharing is your choice. Anyone with the link can access the shared card. Friends’ comments and votes are their own contributions. Removing a link cannot recall downloaded, cached, forwarded or screenshot copies. Do not share content you need to keep private.

Free access and rewards

Usage limits are displayed in the app and may be subject to shared service capacity. Bonus checks, where offered, depend on qualifying activity, caps and expiry. They have no cash value and must not be sold, traded or obtained through abuse. This website does not enroll you in a paid subscription. Any future paid offering will show its price and payment terms before purchase.

Availability, suspension and ending use

We work to provide a useful service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free results. We may restrict access to address misuse, security issues or service capacity, and may change or discontinue features. You can stop using the service and request account deletion. See deletion instructions.

Your legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee that it will meet every expectation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer protections. These terms do not require arbitration or waive statutory rights.

Changes and contact

If these terms materially change, we will provide notice and request renewed acceptance where required. The effective date and version identify the terms presented to you. Questions: support@helpmepick.app.
